Qualifications

• Electrical work experience required.
• 3–10 years of direct/relevant experience.
• Moderate knowledge of general manufacturing with good mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Relies on verbal and written instructions to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, or blueprints to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions.
• Fasten or install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools, rivet guns, or welding equipment.
• Position or align components for assembly.
• Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify function and conformance to specifications.
• Layout and sometimes manufacture precision parts involved with assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Report progress to the team leader in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily.
• Be a positive team member with an honest work ethic.
• Other duties as assigned.
