Responsibilities

• Identify products by customer, part number, and color requirements for accurate processing.
• Load and unload components and finished products from pallets, carts, conveyors, and paint line equipment.
• Prepare components for painting by hanging parts and applying plugs, grease, masking, etc.
• Inspect painted products for quality issues such as damaged plugs, missing components, paint coverage issues.
• Follow safety procedures and safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by preparing and inspecting products throughout the paint process.
• Manage time and priorities to maintain production flow and meet scheduling requirements.
• Work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
