Responsibilities

• Identify products and components by customer, part number, and color requirements to ensure accurate processing.
• Load and unload components and finished products from pallets, carts, conveyors, and paint line equipment.
• Prepare components for painting by hanging parts and applying plugs, grease, masking, and other materials.
• Inspect painted products for quality issues such as broken plugs, missing components, paint coverage concerns, or defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately identifying, preparing, and inspecting products throughout the paint process.
• Effectively manage time and priorities to maintain production flow and meet scheduling requirements.
• Work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Paint Line Operator who takes pride in producing quality work and supporting efficient production operations. In this hands-on role, you'll identify and prepare components for painting, load and unload products throughout the paint process, inspect finished parts for quality, and ensure materials move efficiently through the paint line. You'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, safety, and workflow across the operation.
