Rosenboom-Machine-and-Too in Spirit Lake, IA, seeks a Nightshift Paint Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will identify components, prepare for painting, load and unload products, and inspect finishes to ensure quality while maintaining safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Identify products and components by customer, part number, and color requirements to ensure accurate processing.
• Load and unload components and finished products from pallets, carts, conveyors, and paint line equipment.
• Prepare components for painting by hanging parts and applying plugs, grease, masking, and other materials.
• Inspect painted products for quality issues such as broken plugs, missing components, paint coverage concerns, or defects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately identifying, preparing, and inspecting products throughout the paint process.
• Effectively manage time and priorities to maintain production flow and meet scheduling requirements.
• Work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
