Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production, processing, and distribution activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to supervisors to build high-performing teams.
• Champion LEAN Manufacturing, QRM, and ISO initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and quality.
• Analyze operational data, optimize staffing and resources, and resolve production issues.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Communicate across organizational levels and ensure documentation and talent development.
