SURGE Staffing is seeking a dependable Paint Line Operator for 1st shift to help run and monitor the paint line, ensuring products meet quality and production standards. Training is provided, and adherence to safety procedures is essential.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, follows instructions, and is able to lift up to 40 pounds while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Prior paint line experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/paint line experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment on the paint line.
• Follow established work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify defects or issues with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Enter information and production data using a computer keyboard.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
