Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a production team on a moving paint line.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to operations.
• Ability to plan, assign, and adjust work to meet production goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to new employees and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the paint line operations for designated department(s) and shifts.
• Maintains work schedules and assigns jobs to personnel to meet production goals.
• Plans and executes production schedule day to day.
• Coordinates rework or touch up of parts with employees, Quality Associates and other Team Leads as needed.
• Informs maintenance, management and other Line Leads of malfunctioning equipment or issues with the building.
• Discovers training needs and provides coaching.
• Recognizes high performance and rewards accomplishments.
