This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and the ability to read instructions. You will train on equipment, count and package products, and support line clearance and changeovers.

• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately count, record, and verify product quantities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn and operate production equipment and computerized systems as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, pack, label, and prepare products according to quality standards.
• Maintain required production rates and output standards.
• Remove products from lines, inspect for defects, and ensure quality specs.
• Count and package products into cartons following instructions.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections and record results per procedures.
• Report concerns or issues to lead or supervisor.
• Assist with line clearance and product changeovers.
• Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform housekeeping duties.
• Cross-train on various lines and train new employees.
