Job summary

You will collaborate with machine operators and quality control to identify defects, adjust processes as needed, and uphold GMP and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Inspect products and identify defects or discrepancies for operator adjustment.
• Discard or reject products not meeting specifications.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Follow HACCP and GMP practices and US regulations.
• Assist in completing production reports with inspection data.

Responsibilities

• Move between different box-making machines and load skids as needed.
• Support operators and observe machine performance to maximize efficiency.
• Rotate with other packers during breaks and maintain cleanliness around the machines.
• Follow labeling and packaging specifications to ensure traceability.
