Job summary

Flowly Solutions is seeking meticulous, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse team in Gilroy, CA. You will aid in outbound shipments, ensuring items are packed securely and dispatched accurately during a Monday–Friday daytime shift with overtime potential.

Responsibilities include wrapping and boxing items, labeling shipments, using RF scanners, and conducting final order audits to prevent fulfillment errors. No prior education is required, but attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, packing, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the floor for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Wrap, cushion, and box items to survive transit without damage.
• Construct, tape, and stage shipping containers for daily orders.
• Generate and attach carrier labels; sort outgoing freight to loading zones.
