ID Logistics US is seeking a Packager in Fort Worth, TX. Under supervision, you will prepare and package customer products for shipment, following GMP and safety rules. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and readiness to operate powered equipment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Package orders from slots and prepare for shipment.
• Follow instructions from Line Lead and Quality Lead.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Meet order accuracy and efficiency targets (OPH).
• Operate or assist with RF devices and reach truck as needed.
• Report issues to team leaders and follow PPE standards.
• Cross-train in other areas of the department and perform other duties as assigned.

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, a successful Packager prepares product for shipment both manually and via electric powered industrial equipment with lifting devices, such as motorized pallet jack and/or reach truck. Packagers prepare and packages customer product in a safe and efficient manner while following the instruction of the Line Lead and Quality Lead. Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

The Packager’s primary purpose is to perform production work such as packaging materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice and on off days as the business need arises.

• Replenish products for Combi machine for the next shift
• Organize, tidy-up and clean your work area and equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.
