Job summary

NFI is seeking a Selector to accurately select, stage, ship, and receive product in alignment with company standards. This role supports efficient warehouse operations, maintains accuracy, and follows all safety procedures within the facility.

Primary duties include operating material handling equipment, replenishing inventory, moving goods throughout the warehouse, and completing shipment confirmations. A base rate of $19.00 per hour is offered, with potential additional pay for shift work, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months of electric pallet jack operation experience and/or experience using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Must be able to get NFI certified on electric pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loads and unloads freight in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
• Moves product to designated storage areas using appropriate material handling equipment; stacks and stores merchandise.
• Picks customers orders and assembles various types of merchandise for shipment.
• Processes orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and shipment confirmations.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
