Job summary

The Hillman Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Order Processor to pick and pack customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station.

You will use a hand-held RF scanner to determine order requirements, pull the correct product, and pack it into appropriate boxes, while meeting daily productivity and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues to the supervisor as needed to support safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Related experience with RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a hand scanner to determine order requirements.
• Pull the correct product from the stock area and pack into boxes.
• Meet daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour.
• Ensure work meets quality standards.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.
• Report operating issues to the manager as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and company products.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
