Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking self-motivated Optical Technicians for spindle polishing roles. You will pitch polish optics to tight specifications, inspect finished parts, and ensure conformance to ISO standards, all while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or vocational certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pitch polish optics to specification using spindle polishing machines without direct supervision.
• Inspect and test optics with diverse equipment and verify finished product accuracy.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure safe, organized processing area.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering and Manufacturing teams to improve efficiency.
• Train new and existing employees and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
