Job summary

Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to assemble, align, and test optical and laser components per instructions.
• Experience with RTV/epoxy bonding and fine/complex assemblies is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering prints and schematics and perform basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety rules to assemble and test components.
• Assemble optics and laser assemblies with precision and alignment tooling.
• Use oscilloscopes and measurement devices to verify unit performance.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with Lean manufacturing practices.
• Report deviations and participate in continuous improvement activities.
