Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years manufacturing experience and 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree plus 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, test plans, and work instructions.
• Experience with hands-on fabrication and testing in electronics/optics/electro-mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Fully proficient support individual contributor under limited supervision.
• Assist engineers in set-up and calibration tasks for manufacturing.
• Perform rework, troubleshooting, and quality testing of parts and assemblies.
• Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products/equipment.
• Develop methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
