• Hands-on with materials and attention to build quality.
• Laser/optics experience preferred but not required.
• LabVIEW, CAD, automation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations and collaborate with engineers on setup and calibration tasks.
• Conduct rework, troubleshooting, and quality testing of components and assemblies.
• Use programs to collect and evaluate data for on-line adjustments to products or equipment.
• Help develop methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes.
