Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a hands-on technician to operate the optical dicing process and support MES-enabled manufacturing lines. You will perform sizing steps to a 0% reject standard and ensure product quality meets internal and external specifications.

The role requires teamwork to meet delivery goals and improving processes under supervision. The position is 100% onsite with a swing shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm PST) after training on dayshift; safety is prioritized and you will

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with networked PC based computer systems.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Responsibilities

• Operates optical dicing process hands-on.
• Performs optical sizing steps per procedure to a 0% reject standard.
• Ensures product quality meets specifications and throughput goals.
• Collaborates with team to meet delivery goals.
• Improves processes under supervision.
