This role is responsible for performing mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly operations in accordance with controlled work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.
• Able to read drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble oil and gas components and sub-assemblies to build‑to‑print specifications.
• Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized assembly tooling.
• Perform assembly of pressure-rated components and related hardware.
• Follow quality, safety, and cleanliness standards with stop-work authority.
• Complete production and quality documentation for traceability.
• Conduct in-process inspections and participate in quality checks.
• Communicate defects or process concerns to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain organized work areas.
• Assist with training and mentoring new assemblers as needed.
