Job summary

Coral Gables Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic nuclear scans and prepare films for interpretation under the direction of the Chief Technologist. The role requires Florida licensure, ARRT/NMTCB registration in good standing, and current BLS certification.

The successful candidate will operate modern Nuclear Medicine equipment, maintain department supplies, and handle related duties to ensure smooth patient care and accurate imaging results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Florida license as Nuclear Medicine Technologist and ARRT/NMTCB in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physics; ability to operate modern Nuclear Medicine equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear scanning procedures for diagnosis and evaluation as ordered by the physician.
• Develop and prepare film for interpretation.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for the department.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
