Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform dose preparation and administration for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, process and enhance images, and prepare images for physician review.

The role includes performing PET imaging, SPECT/SPECT CT as needed, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate records in a high-standard radiology department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Maintain CNMT or ARRT(N) certification.
• Maintain BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic nuclear medicine, therapeutic nuclear medicine, PET scanning, cardiac stress lab functions, and radiopharmacy functions as required.
• Exhibits professional judgment and a demeanor aligned with quality care.
• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures.
• Performs all nuclear medicine dynamic, static and functional procedures required by studies.
• Performs SPECT and SPECT CT imaging as required by guidelines or physician order.
• Orders and administers radiopharmaceuticals and maintains required records.
