Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Non Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team, focusing on preparing customized medication formulations and accurately measuring, mixing, and packaging non-sterile compounds under pharmacist supervision.

You will work with pharmacists to ensure patient care, maintain clean workspaces, follow safety protocols, and stay compliant with USP 795/800 and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain upon hire.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Compounding and/or laboratory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of applicable pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Compound medications accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with ongoing and month end inventory.
• Assist in training of staff and maintaining confidentiality.
