Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 0–1 years of relevance, or Associate’s with 2–4 years, or high school with >4 years of relevance.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, biopharma, life sciences, or other regulated/technical environments is helpful.
• Interest in a structured digital‑forward biomanufacturing environment is important.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined execution.
• Ability to stay focused in a structured environment.
• Team‑first mindset and willingness to support shared goals.
• Ability to learn technical processes and apply them reliably.
• Good judgment, professionalism, and accountability.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom and following procedures closely.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations by following approved procedures, batch records, and work instructions in a GMP environment.
• Perform cleanroom operations with discipline and attention to detail.
• Support drug substance manufacturing activities including aseptic processing, formulation, filtration, mixing, filling, and dispensing.
• Maintain real time documentation with data integrity.
• Ensure cleanliness, control, and readiness of the production area.
• Use SAP, Veeva, DeltaV, Syncade, LIMS, and CMMS as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
