Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a Mortgage Funder responsible for ensuring mortgage loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will work with loan officers, underwriters, and closing teams to fund loans promptly.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining records, and resolving funding issues while delivering excellent borrower service under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage funding, underwriting, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, closers and closing agents to address issues.
• Prepare and process funding documents and ensure timely funding of loans.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure files are organized per company policy.
• Identify and resolve issues during the funding process and provide customer service.
