National Products is hiring a Rubber Machine Operator in Seattle, WA. You will operate rubber injection equipment and support processes to produce molded parts that meet strict specifications, inspect dimensions, and adjust parameters for quality control.

The role requires a high school diploma (trade schooling preferred) and readiness to work day shifts in a warehouse environment with physical duties and safety compliance. Benefits and stability provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college or trade schooling preferred.
• Manufacturing or factory experience encouraged.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Setting quality standards and auditing processes; communicate policies and procedures.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with colleagues and departments.
• Primarily operates rubber injection machine with attention to specs and safety.
• Operates pinning press to insert pins; paints primer on posts; maintains clean work area.
• Performs routine maintenance and monitors equipment to prevent defects.
