You will install, secure, and troubleshoot molds, verify machine settings, and support quality during startup while maintaining 5S standards and detailed records. A strong mechanical background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold and die changes according to production schedules.
• Install, remove, and secure molds in injection molding machines.
• Verify machine settings and startup conditions before production.
• Troubleshoot mold setup, startup, and processing issues to minimize downtime.
• Support quality verification during startup and perform first-piece inspections.
• Maintain mold changeover and maintenance records with accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and 5S standards.
• Assist technicians with equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to reduce setup times.
