Responsibilities

• Installing molds in presses and making adjustments.
• Moving injection molding tools in and out of workstations.
• Cycles the machine to ensure proper operation.
• Performs material changes for new jobs.
• Cleans and polishes molds as needed.
• Demonstrates Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Maintains current Hilo License and Crane License.
• Performs basic maintenance on die sets.

Skills

Ability to obtain a Hilo and Overhead Crane License

Knowledge of plastic injection process

Organized and detail oriented

Enjoys working in a production environment

Basic mechanical experience

Understanding of Lockout Tagout

Education

High School education or equivalent
