Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on mold experience is required.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Familiarity with Mastercam programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D models.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection methods.
• Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A dependable team player who takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Program machining operations using Mastercam software.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines, surface grinders, and EDM equipment.
• Build, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair plastic injection molds.
• Manufacture precision mold components to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
• Use measuring and inspection equipment to verify that parts meet specifications.
• Identify problems, determine the best solutions, and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and project goals.
