Training in precision grinding and mold component manufacturing is provided for motivated individuals. You will gain hands-on experience with grinding equipment, precision measuring instruments, and industry-leading manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn precision grinding and mold component manufacturing.
• Solid mechanical proficiency and interest in precision equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read from blueprints and drawings with guidance.
• Select abrasive wheel for tasks.
• Operate grinding equipment (ID-OD, surface, cutoff, Optidress).
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparator).
• Perform routine service and maintenance on grinding machines.
• Ensure quality per BD policies and procedures.
• Work overtime and flexible hours as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
