Qualifications

• Prior mold maker/tool and die maker or precision machinist experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and machine tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate air-driven grinders and di-profilers to remove steel stock and smooth molding areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures per ISO/OSHA.
