You will fabricate steel molds, interpret blueprints, and operate welding equipment to produce precast concrete products. Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
• Fabricate steel molds to create molds that will hold concrete to create custom or stock items.
• Set up and operate fabrication and welding equipment.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
