Job summary

King’s Hawaiian Bakery West, Inc. seeks a Production Operator to perform routine dough preparation and mixing using standardized processes, under limited supervision.

You will operate mixing equipment, monitor AZO/ISMAR systems, record lot numbers and temperatures, and communicate issues to foreman and supervisors while maintaining GMPs. This on-site role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and teamwork within our ‘ohana culture.’ The pay rate is $26.52 per hour; we are an equal opportunity employer

Qualifications

• Maintain a high level of sanitation and GMP compliance per FSQS – Food Safety and Quality SOPs.
• Record mixing information, lot codes, amounts, start times and temperatures on logs and communicate issues to crew and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment and monitor AZO and ISMAR systems.
• Record and verify lot numbers for butter and ingredients using bar code scanners.
• Monitor dough pumps, fermentation tanks and final dough consistency to meet SKU specifications.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices and assist in training new employees.
