Qualifications

• Previous food grade manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous backing experience is a plus.
• Previous batching or mixing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to complete mandatory food safety and general safety training.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and measuring ingredients.
• Mixing product according to batch sheets.
• Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine tests to ensure specifications are met.
• Keep production lines supplied with finished product.
• Use pallet jacks.
• Record and maintain production documentation.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures for cleaning and sanitation.
