Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction is seeking Precision Millwrights for our Iva, SC site. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, repairing, and moving industrial machinery according to layouts and drawings with emphasis on precision and safety.

Project length extends through Aug 2027; turbine experience is preferred. Per-diem eligibility and a demanding schedule (7 days a week) form part of the opportunity, with competitive wages and benefit programs available.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum heavy industrial field experience as a Mechanical Millwright, at least one year as a Precision Millwright.

• Five years experience with steam turbine systems.
• 3
• NCCER written or performance verified in Industrial Millwright preferred.

• Must pass pre-hire requirements and have locking toolbox and tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, dismantle, and move machinery per drawings.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
• Perform laser alignment and record set placement.
• Rig equipment using chain hoists, come-alongs, jacks, and tuggers.
• Identify fasteners, anchors, gaskets, and O-rings and install.
• Remove and install bearings using pullers or press.
• Inspect and service pumps, gearboxes, and turbines.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance on site.
