Job summary

MetroPower is seeking a Millwright to install, maintain, repair, and align mechanical equipment at multiple construction sites in Georgia. You will read blueprints, dismantle and reassemble machinery, and ensure safe, efficient operation while traveling to job sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least four years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair mechanical systems and equipment per specs.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery for maintenance or relocation.
• Transport equipment to/from job sites and ensure safety.
• Construct foundations and secure mounting for on-site machines.
• Align, level and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Uphold strict safety standards and report hazards.
