• Places stator core on mandrel, assembles shell and rings.
• Guages height and then tacks weld together.
• Assembles and welds feet to frame and core assembly.
• Adjusts settings on welders including speeds/feeds and proper setup.
• Inspects quality of material to prevent rework; includes MIG welding.
