C&C FABRICATION in Laceys Spring, AL is seeking a MIG/TIG Welder to join our on-site team. You will produce high-quality welded components using MIG and TIG processes, read basic drawings, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining a safe workspace.

You will work with production team members to meet quality and scheduling goals, ensuring proper preparation for subsequent production steps and adherence to workmanship standards.

• Ability to read basic instructions and interpret weld/fit requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and safe shop behavior.

Mansioni

• Weld and fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG welding according to job requirements and workmanship standards.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, specifications, and work instructions to determine weld type, settings, and required outcomes.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality, alignment, and tolerance adherence; perform minor adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and fit parts by measuring, positioning, and tack-welding for proper fit-up prior to final welding.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and maintaining a clean work area.
