Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembler - Level 4 for day or swing shift in the United States. The role supports a fast-paced production line, assembling microelectronic components with precision under a microscope and using tweezers for small parts.

Start times vary by shift, and the position is located in a high-technology environment. We value experience in automated assembly and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years prior work experience in microelectronic, hybrid and/or semiconductor assembly.
• Ability to use tweezers and other small hand-tools.
• Basic computer skills for documenting defects and time charging.
• Equipment set-up and calibration.
• Routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware controlled by US export laws; must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in multiple assembly skills and handling devices with tweezers under a microscope.
• Work independently and take ownership for quality with continual improvements.
• Participate in meetings, propose ideas, and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Ability to work under a microscope 8 hours per day.
• Communicate in English and read work instructions; MIL-STD knowledge preferred.
• Perform equipment setup, calibration and routine preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Process and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot procedures.
