Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a skilled assembler to join our production line, ensuring correct assembly and adherence to specifications. This role supports our manufacturing operations and helps deliver high-quality products to customers.

You will work with microelectronic components, use a microscope, tweezers, and precision tools, and participate in continuous improvement with Process and Quality Engineering. 2 shifts available - day (5-7am) or swing (3:30pm) to accommodate production needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in microelectronic, hybrid and/or semiconductor assembly.
• Ability to use tweezers and other small hand-tools.
• Basic computer skills for documenting defects and time charging.
• Equipment set-up and calibration.
• Routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• US Person status under export laws or eligibility for approval.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in at least three of the listed assembly skills.
• Work independently and take ownership of quality.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Work under a microscope for 8 hours per day.
• Communicate in English and follow written instructions.
• Assist with equipment set-up and calibration and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with Process and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot procedure specification challenges.
