Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of microelectronics, hybrid, or semiconductor assembly experience.
• Experience using tweezers and small hand-tools.
• Basic computer skills for defect documentation.
• Equipment setup and calibration experience.
• This position requires US Person status under export laws.
• MIL-STD knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect components to ensure correct assembly per specifications, including microscopy-based work.
• Work independently, own quality and drive continual improvements.
• Participate in meetings, provide suggestions, and support daily production goals.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively in English and follow written work instructions.
• Set up equipment, calibrate, and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Process and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot procedures.
