Job summary

Resonetics in Minnesota is seeking an operator for advanced chemical machining duties, with heavy emphasis on following detailed process instructions and operating with general supervision. You will be part of a team in a fast-paced setting and may provide leadership to newer staff.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least three years in a manufacturing environment, preferably with computer aided machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing environment, preferably with computer aided machinery or equivalent experience following detailed technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements and comprehend documentation.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation and adjust settings within guidelines.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Take responsibility for required process documentation.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow supervisor/production manager instructions and Resonetics safety policies.
• Operate laser equipment safely according to policy.
