Nanotech Precision is seeking a machine operator to run high precision EDM equipment, handling small medical-related components. The role emphasizes accuracy, careful housekeeping, and adherence to work instructions in a team setting.

Responsibilities include documentation, machine maintenance, and timely communication of status and issues to supervisors, with a focus on quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment in Saint Michael, MN.

Responsibilities

• Process product in EDM machines according to work instructions.
• Complete in-process documentation and inspections.
• Perform regular cleaning on machine(s), fixtures and equipment.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of all equipment and maintain integrity of product lines.
• Notify machine service personnel and production manager of any machine problems or breakdowns.
• Communicate job, equipment, and process status to other machine operators.
• Communicate to production manager to complete projects in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure that all processes are performed in a quality manner, maximizing machine utilization and minimizing quality issues.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
