Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience in precision soldering, micro-assembly or electronics repair.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and steady hands for handling delicate components.
• Ability to work under a microscope or with magnification tools for extended periods.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics and work instructions.
• Strong attention to quality with a commitment to defect-free work.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform fine-pitch soldering and assembly of small mechanical and electronic components using microscopes for precision alignment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions to ensure correct assembly.
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy and functionality using precision measurement tools and visual inspection techniques.
• Utilize specialized hand tools, fixtures, and equipment designed for small-part assembly and high-precision work.
• Maintain cleanroom-style workspace and adhere to 5S principles and safety protocols.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying efficiency, quality, and waste-reduction opportunities.
