Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Technician, Metrology Calibration for 1st shift in Bedford, Ohio. You will calibrate IM&T equipment, collect data, and prepare calibration reports to ensure accuracy and precision across production tools.

The role requires basic electronics, algebra, and computer skills. Experience in calibration is preferred; 1st shift and on-site attendance are expected. Hourly rate is $32 with potential for related negotiations during interviews.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to apply algebra to measurement issues and correct errors.
Knowledge of basic electronics and basic computer skills (Word and Excel) are essential.

Responsibilities

Compare readings of measuring devices to established standards and adjust output to proper values.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production instruments when needed.
Document all calibrations and investigations for traceability.
Assist in calibrations on all production equipment (temperature, pressure, humidity, etc.).
Research and recommend new equipment or parts.
Train colleagues in calibration procedures and keep equipment clean and maintained.
Advise other departments on technical matters.
Able to lift and maneuver 25 kg weights.
Maintain regular onsite attendance and punctuality.
