Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Calibration / Metrology Technician II in Eatontown, NJ. This onsite role supports calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of precision instrumentation used in medical device manufacturing.

You will maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the site. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in calibration/metrology within a regulated environment, knowledge of calibration standards, and experience with calibration management systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of calibration/metrology experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of calibration principles and measurement systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic and electromechanical instrumentation.
• Familiarity with calibration management systems and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair precision equipment.
• Set up calibration methods and test procedures.
• Disassemble, clean, and replace components on calibration equipment.
• Maintain calibration records to support FDA/ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Facilities.
