The candidate will lay out, cut, assemble, and install metal-stud wall systems on commercial projects, reading drawings and field measurements to ensure precise, safe framing ready for the next trade.

Responsibilities include framing walls and openings, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to OSHA safety standards while following site direction and schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial metal stud framing, including wall systems and openings.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and field measurements accurately.
• Proficiency with framing tools including drills, screw guns, saws, lifts, and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, measure, cut, assemble, and install metal-stud wall systems per drawings and specs.
• Frame walls, partitions, openings, backing, and related assemblies.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and measurements for accurate completion.
• Operate framing tools safely and proficiently.
• Ensure framing is level, plumb, square, and properly spaced before handoff.
