Qualifications

• Warehousing and material handling experience preferred.
• Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting metal working machines preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions for work situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced production activities on a variety of machines to produce precision parts.
• Review blueprints, work orders, and tooling instructions to understand machining characteristics.
• Select correct materials and determine processing specifications and tolerances.
• Align and secure fixtures, tools, and materials onto machines and control operations.
• Operate machines and inspect pieces using calipers, micrometers, and scales for conformance.
• Complete paperwork, restock material, and ensure safety and quality standards.
