Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.

Aufgaben

• Deburring, grinding, flatten, time-save, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical cases and trays.
• Inspect products to blueprint specifications and perform visual burr checks.
• Complete documentation and follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; assist others as needed.
• Train others after competency; identify AI use cases to improve productivity.
