Responsibilities

• Deburring, grinding, flatten, time-save, blasting, in-process cleaning of surgical cases and trays.
• Inspect products to blueprint specifications and perform visual inspections for burrs.
• Read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers to verify tolerances.
• Maintain equipment and ensure ISO policy compliance; complete required documentation.
• Assist other departments as needed and train coworkers after competency.
