Job summary

Mach10 Solutions, a metal fabrication shop, is expanding its production crew in Rogers and seeks a Grinder / Finishing Operator to sand, grind, and finish metal parts to meet strict quality standards.

You will inspect components, maintain a clean workstation, and support material handling while following safety protocols. Prior fabrication or grinding experience is a plus, but motivated individuals can be trained.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, metal finishing or grinding is a plus.
• High level of precision and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable work ethic with a focus on safety and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Sand, grind, and refine metal parts using power and hand tools.
• Inspect components for imperfections to ensure quality.
• Keep workstation organized and safe for the team.
• Assist with material handling and other shop tasks as needed.
